Our Values
-
Co-Create
We work alongside you and the people you serve. We get your people involved and create the space to allow your people to exercise leadership.
-
Be Visionary
We intend to design inspiring outcomes. And we do so through inspiring processes. We lean into “it doesn’t have to be this way”, “what if”, and “what else”!
-
Experiment
Big, gnarly problems can’t be solved by one solution. As such, we seek multiple truths, run many mini-experiments, and embrace messiness.
-
Care
We care for all involved and empower them through our work. Our trauma-informed practices ensure that all people leave feeling rejuvenated.
-
Bend Power
Our work recognizes how power exists in our systems so we can intentionally bend power to take us into new realities.
-
Reflect
Recognizing room for improvement in the process, we incorporate intentionally pausing and taking a step back.
Our studio is in Houston, Texas, which is the sacred and ancestral homeland of the Sana, Karankawa, Atakapa, and Coahuitecan people. We acknowledge and share gratitude for the stewards of this land as both historic and contemporary communities.
